Shipping

Orders via the webshop are only possible for customers who have their habitual residence (billing address) in one of the following countries and can provide a delivery address in the same country: Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Canada, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, USA, Vatican City, Cyprus.

The goods are shipped by parcel service. A delivery can be split into several packages.

Shipping costs within Germany

The shipping costs vary according to the value of your order.
For orders worth up to 19.99 € the shipping costs are 5.99 €
For orders worth between 20.00 and 29.99 € the shipping costs are 4.99 €
For orders worth over 40.00 € we will pay the shipping costs for you.

Shipping costs outside Germany

The shipping costs vary depending on the value of your order and the shipping method.
For orders within Europe, it also depends on the country from which the order is placed or where it is to be delivered. For example, for orders with a value between 30.00 € and 59.99 € the shipping costs are between 8.99 € and 19.99 €. For orders with a value of over 45.00 € (AT, BE, NL, LU, DK) or over 60.00 € (FR, CZ, PL, MC) or over 70.00 € (AD, BG, CH, EE, FI, GR, IE, IT, HR, MT, SM, SE, SK, SI, ES, HU, UK, VA) or over 100.00 € (other European countries) we will pay the shipping costs for you.
We also deliver to almost all countries.

Delivery time

Delivery times stated by us are calculated from the time of our order confirmation, subject to prior payment of the purchase price. Items in the online store with the status "immediately available" have a delivery time of approx. 1-5 days within Germany, 2-6 days within Europe and 6-30 days outside Europe.
For items with the status "available on back order", the delivery time is up to approx. 10 weeks.
